Great customer service
Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Beaumont Plaza (I-10 & Walden) an IHG HotelWhen we arrived in Beaumont TX it was about 40 degrees. We turned up the heat in our room and it just kept blowing cool air. When brought to the attention of the front desk, they moved us to another room (upgraded us to a suite) and provided us two tickets for complimentary breakfast. Also, they had dinner available in the lounge. After spending all day on the road, we decided to eat there. Because our fur baby doesn’t like it when we leave the room, the server allowed us to bring him with us and set at a table towards the back of the room. Everyone was so accommodating.

Unhappy with this location
Econo Lodge PicayuneVery rough accommodations. Room had a foul odor. Bathroom was not clean looking, had broken tile and towel rack. Smoke alarm was removed from the wall. Not well insulated. Family with little kids checked in right above us at 11:00 at night and kids ran back and forth until after 1:00 am. We could hear everything. Only positive we have for this location was great water pressure in the shower. Too expensive for this location.
