Location was okay considering being in the middle of Salt Lake. Room was a bit dated. It was decently clean. If I was staying for more than a very short stay the review would be for less bones, but it was suitable for what I needed. We were placed in a room near the stairs. Parking is an additional fee and there are no entrances other than the main lobby to go to your room, so access outside with my pup was not as easy as other stays.

Even though we arrived during a large conference taking place next door, the staff was very patient and accommodating. They made sure to take our contact information so they could contact us if there was a problem when we left the pups in our room.

This was my first time booking through this app. I was happy with the choices offered to me while in SLC. I went with this hotel because they accept large dogs. My GSD was happy with our accommodations and the staff.

The stay was nice, the room clean, but the front desk staff, especially the woman, were very unfriendly. I asked if there was a room with a better view and the woman said to call back in a couple of hours. There were hardly any guests but I guest they were waiting to see if there were higher-paying guests that they can give those rooms to. I didn't call back.

Great location, 3rd floor NOT renovated with questionable AC and electrical. Although when reported this, we were immediately moved to 8th floor with updated and super comfortable room.

My dog and I enjoyed our stay at the downtown Radisson. It is within walking distance to shops, the Temple, and nice restaurants. The room was large and well appointed. There was only one strip of grass for your dog to relieve themselves, but considering the downtown location not a surprise. We would definitely stay there again.
