    Hyatt Place Richmond Arboretum welcomes two dogs up to 50 lbs in designated rooms for an additional fee of $75 per stay. Guests traveling with dogs will be assigned to a pet-friendly room on the first through fifth floors. Dogs may not be left unattended at any time. When in the common areas or on hotel property, dogs must remain leashed. Treats are available at the front desk, and there is a grassy relief area with a pet station on the property. Cats are not permitted. For same day arrivals, please call 877‑411‑3436 to confirm availability of a pet-friendly room.

Our Gallery is a warm and open area that features a self-registration kiosk, an intimate coffee and wine cafe, a TV den and an e-room with free access to a public computer and printer. Guests at Hyatt Place Richmond Arboretum will also enjoy a free continental breakfast each morning and can purchase freshly prepared menu items, premium espresso drinks, or beer and wine 24 hours a day.This property does not accept pets but guide dogs and service animals are welcome.

      Wonderful stay

      Great place for my 3 dogs plus excellent breakfast. Room very clean and comfortable.

      Very nice

      Very nice hotel, room was very nice and clean, no complaints. The parking lot is big enough and there is enough grass around to walk the dog. We got a burger and a beer at the hotel bar so we were pretty happy. We were too tired to go out looking for a restaurant.

      Solid Choice

      Check in was easy with friendly staff! Our room had some peanuts on the floor and tiny black rubber pieces, that our dogs were trying to eat. They gave us a vacuum to clean it. Other than that, it was clean and comfy. The room was large- a sectioned off living room with big couch and the sleeping area.

      Great Place For A Stop

      We stopped here for a night on our way to Florida with our 2 dogs (medium size). We called on our way to make sure they would allow dogs and they assured us it would be no problem. We arrived and they got us a nice first floor room. The room was very clean and the dogs had plenty of room. They even had extra dog food if needed. Would highly recommend if you are traveling with a dog - great location and great staff.
