I'm pretty tolerant but my curtains are moldy, the non-smoking room smells like smoke and the AC unit is covered in dust/dirt. My fridge has no shelves and isn't really cooling and I can't get the tub to stop dripping. There are hair balls in my floor that didn't come from my dogs; it looks like human hair given the length.

This property looks nice on the outside but looks can fool you. We got up to our room and there was a hole in the wall immediately to the left of the door. There was a couch that looked greasy and was covered in stains. Even if we allowed our dog on the furniture, I wouldn’t have allowed him on it. There was stuff on the walls in one corner that looked like someone had a food fight. The coffee maker had a used coffee packet still in there. The spread on one of the beds was ripped and there was a gouge in the wall between the beds. The tub was so gross we passed up on showers.
So why did we stay? The beds were clean and we had already be driving for 12 hours. Plus the cost of the room was non refundable. We passed on the included breakfast. When my husband walked our dog, he found the homeless encampment and their bathroom area next door A woman tried to bum a cigarette from me in the hall and someone banged on the door in the middle of the night and just laughed and did it again when my husband told them wrong room. The front desk was either depressed or mad about working there, but can’t blame him for that! This place gets a 1 bone rating because you can’t go lower!

Hotel is in poor condition. Outlets hanging out of the wall, walls cracked, door didn't close right not very secure. I'm glad I brought my own security, my German Shepard. Loud at all hours. Small full-sized beds in the pet rooms.

Dog had never been in a hotel and was nervous when we got there. When she finally settled down it was a fantastic experience.
