Our room a had generous amount of long dog hair from the previous pet. I went and used a vacuum cleaner to clean room. The long dressing mirror was filthy. We have stayed at other BW hotels without any issues. I didn’t ask and they didn’t offer any pet refund. We are on the road for several nights. I’m looking for other options.

This was our first time taking our two dogs on a hotel stay. The hotel was dog friendly so we weren't sure wha to expect in cleanliness. It was exceptional!! The room was clean and fresh. We were very happy with the overall stay!!

This was my 2nd stay here. I like having the pet-friendly rooms on the first floor and close to an exit door by a potty area. Also, just a short drive to a nice local dog park.

The person on duty was great but was left on his own to handle check-in and everything else for guest services. They offer a breakfast but was pretty well depleted an hour before the promoted end time. On the plus side, the room was clean, the pet fee is $20/dog and there is a neighborhood walking trail adjacent to the motel.

My husky and I needed a one-night stop on the way to Minnesota. Eau Claire Best Western was a solid spot. Easy to find, quick check-in, lots of nearby food options. Easy parking, plenty of space. Wi-fi, tv, etc. All good. And the breakfast had some decent items. Would definitely return!

New, clean and very convenient to restaurants!! I also loved that the dog rooms were on the first floor making it easy to get in and out.

They run a great show at this Best Western! Clean, well-organized, and friendly. The doors do not slam, but they do close properly. The windows work well, as does the fridge. I would definitely stay here again with or without my dog.

Our room was by a side door that led to a grassy area for dog pottying. Property was clean and quiet. There was no refrigerator in the room, but that was not critical for us.

Nothing special. Room smelled. Guest laundry was one machine that had wet clothes in it for two hours until I gave up. The only ice machine was on the second floor. Not user friendly at all.
