      Worst Hotel Stay Ever

      We have traveled in all 50 states, in a huge number of hotels with our dogs. We bring their crates and have never had any issues. The cleaner refused to clean our room because our small Golden Retriever and yellow lab were in their crates in the room. He even refused to get us new towels. We have well-trained dogs who are very used to being in their crates. They also aren’t barkers. The exact quote from the desk clerk, “Not my problem.” Umm… can we speak to your manager? He’s unavailable. It only got worse from there. Don’t waste your time here. These folks don’t care at all and it shows. We moved to a different hotel.
