This place is incredibly unsafe. The front desk checked me into a room that already had someone in it and double charged me on my room. Had to get a refund from BringFido to correct the issue. The hotel itself is filthy. Additionally it is incredibly unsafe. At night while I was unloading I had 2 homeless people approach me asking for money and a third guy that was panhandling AT THE DOOR of the hotel and the front desk didn't do anything about him. It was very intimidating. Many of the people that were at the hotel seemed like they lived there and were chronic drug users. All exit doors except for the front door are sealed shut so you have to carry your luggage all the way down the hall (which is very far) if you don't get a room near the entrance. There are also no luggage carts so you are carrying everything. Room was dirty with hair pin on floor and weave hair laying in the shower. Disgusting and unsafe experience overall.

Staff nice, but not readily available. Room was below average, bed uncomfortable, uncomfortable neighborhood/area. Unwanted cat calls while walking dogs. Next time, will pay more for better accommodations.

Other than the bathroom tub, most of the place seems to have been redone pretty recently. Things were clean in the room. A little shabby in the halls and stairs but totally worked for us. Staff was nice and check in was easy. Was surprised since we usually shy away from Motel 6. And the room was quiet. Seemed like the doors and walls were pretty well sound proofed for what we are used to. Located in a strip mall type area with big parking lots and chain stores so quiet at night and not too scenic for walking the dog.

Not only was the hotel super clean, but the women at the front desk are wonderful. They went out of their way to get ice when the machine broke so that I could keep my dog's insulin cold. Each of my dogs got a little baggie of treats when we checked in, and ample pets when we walked down the hall. A great value and a great stay.
