Kids loved the water park and the adults liked it more than we expected, but it was a little pricey. The hotel has a restaurant, which looked fancier than it was. Service was good in the evening, but not so good for breakfast when it took more than 30 minutes to get juice and coffee. The buildings, rooms, and location were all good. No problems with our dog. She was calm and happy for the visit. This is partially because the hotel isn’t in a loud neighborhood and is separated from highway noise.
Dog guests receive a “swag bag” upon check in that contains various toys and a poop bag carrier full of bags. Although we had some disappointments with our stay (restaurant food with occasional service issues), the overall experience was good and we all enjoyed the water park more than we expected. My son insists we give it five bones because he loved it so much that he didn’t want to leave. That’s the best recommendation I can give.
