To start, the entire hotel was under construction and we were not informed prior to our reservation. The room was poor quality for the price. Blood on the bathroom ceiling, a clock radio that randomly turned on, a bathroom door that couldn’t be locked, and a main door to the hotel that was sealed so poorly you could see hallway light in the entire room. Then, of course we booked to bring our fur babies and when we arrive they attempt to tell us the pet fee was higher. Will not be back.

I loved everything about this place. Great location overlooking Lake Michigan. Great rooms, nice and clean as well. And it’s always a bonus with a restaurant and bar within the hotel. The pool was wonderful. And the staff were super friendly to me and my pup! Easy to take my pup outside and walk her around. Super short walk to a park and the docks.
