Room was damp and smelled. Air fresheners were clipped to the a/c unit to attempt to cover up the musty odor. Bar/restaurant on the property increases the traffic through the parking area. There is ample space for walking the pups. The staff was friendly.

Loved this cozy little spot on the water. Great place for the doggos to stay. Very accommodating to our 3 bullies. Room was great & spacious & loved that it had a sliding glass door for easy access to let the dogs out. Would definitely recommend even if you don't have pets.

We just love the vibe of this hotel/resort. It is pet and family friendly. When we are here we feel like we just walked into someone's family reunion. EVERYONE is so friendly, both staff and guests. The waterfront area is great, our doggie LOVES it! And having a very good on-site restaurant is a huge bonus! Make reservations for the fish boil, it's a great tradition!! This was our second visit here and we plan to come every year if we can! Thank you Beach Harbor!!!

This motel property gave me and my Pomeranian Prince a relaxing trip. The room was clean and bathroom was updated. Furniture in room had seen better days and A/C unit provided a moldy smell. Luckily, we were able to open window. Outdoor patio restaurant on property had great views and drinks. People working at resort were friendly and liked dogs.

Was very friendly and dog friendly place. Can go right on the beach with your dog. Nice restaurant right there and can take your dog with you. Perfect place to take a vacation with your dog.

Definitely a good place for dogs and their people. I didn't come across any dog poop so people must clean-up which is great! The area is quiet after 10-11 depending on weather and activity. We were there during the week which may make a difference. The rooms are not 5 star but we weren't expecting it but are nice for dog friendly area. 4 stars because Waterfront Mary's is overpriced for not good food. My husband rarely complains about food but this he did. Also, still using plastic cups and plastic straws :(. Staff is incredible friendly and accommodating. Would stay again,

As other reviews have mentioned this place is truly dog friendly. We enjoyed the walk-in access to the State Park, did a pontoon rental with our pup as well as enjoyed the fish boil on site. The room had a sliding door for quick and easy access in/out for our pup. I wasn't sure to give 4 out of 5 or not...my ONLY complaint is that the walls were thin which triggered our dog to bark when she heard others in the hallway or room next to us. I am self-conscious of her barking and she may be more sensitive than other dogs, so this may not be an issue for others.

Relaxing atmosphere. Dogs totally welcome! Access to Bay waters from shore if your dog loves fetching ball/stick from water.
Restaurant is part of the resort with outdoor seating where dogs are welcome. Plenty of room to walk your dog. Fish boil, fire pits, boat rentals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!
