No permanent outdoor seating & on thin walkway

This photo was taken at Cold Stone Creamery in Pittsburgh, PA. If you look at my picture you can see that on this day there were 3 portable chairs put out front. They're right by the door which may not make it easy to eat ice cream in a cup, with your dog by the door on a thin walkway between other businesses. Outside of summer they may take them away, too. You're probably better off eating in the car.
