This photo was taken at Gateway National Recreation Area in Highlands, NJ. Dad loves going to Sandy Hook Recreational Area! We’ve been multiple times so far this summer parking our umbrella at Lot C Bayside. But canines are welcome at both Lot B & C Bayside! Lot C has kayak rentals and a great sand bar at low tide. There’s plenty of beach area so you don’t feel crowded with other canines and their families around.
