This photo was taken at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Washington DC/Downtown in Washington, DC. This hotel was an extremely pleasant surprise. When booking, I must not have been paying attention and didn't realize it is located in Chinatown. It was extremely easy to book. The pet policy was on par with what I've been met with at other hotels. What was the most pleasing was the decor and cleanliness of the rooms. Unlike other hotels, they don't restrict the dogs to certain (the worst) rooms. They are welcome in any room you choose. I thought the room that we stayed in was beautifully appointed and REALLY appreciated that there was no rug! My little guy is very well trained but I had the piece of mind that if there were any accidents, it would be super easy to clean up. The next time I visit DC, I will definitely be staying at this charming hotel.
