Puppy Hang Out

This photo was taken at Tipsy Turtle Seaside Bar & Grill in Galveston, TX. Skipper loved the tipsy turtle! Lots of picnic tables to lay under or be tied to, lots of people to watch. Before I could get back to my car to get his doggie bowl the staff had made him one with ice water!
