  Overall great experience!

  The patio was super cute with a nice breeze. The staff was so friendly and welcoming towards our dogs. They brought us fresh ice water and there’s even a couple post to tie your dog on.

  Great for dining with our puppy!

  This was the perfect place to have lunch with our puppy! Outdoor deck (with options to be in a shaded area to get out of the sun), great view, and friendly staff. One of the staff members brought our puppy a bowl of water, and our pup happily lounged under the picnic table and watched people and other dogs while we ate. After lunch, we went down to the water and let the puppy splash around. Perfect day!

  Such a friendly place to eat!

  Very dog friendly restaurant. The owner brought out a water bowl and treat for my pup. Plus the food and drinks were delicious! Highly recommend.

  wow!! i will return- again and again!

  trying to find a place for dinner where i could bring my pup and i called to see if they were dog friendly and had wheelchair access... mike answered and said 'sure are/ do!' and we headed that way. upon arrival mike came to my table and asked if i had just called and where was my fur baby. she is 3lbs. and i carry her in a pouch. he brought over water for her and was super friendly. when i left, he stepped right in and pushed my mom down the ramp- this after on the phone he said to call if i needed help getting her up the ramp. the food and drinks and atmosphere were all so awesome! i will plan my next beach vacation around staying close to the tipsy turtle!!

  Fidos very welcome. All outdoor seating. You grab a picnic table, order everything from the bar, and they bring it to you.

  Awesome place

  After a long day of traveling, we stopped here, hoping to get a bite to eat. Although they were 30 minutes from closing, they welcomed us and served us a great meal. They gave our sweet dog a treat and a bowl of water. Definitely a must stop on your trip to Galveston!

  10/10, super dog friendly. As soon as we walked up, Mike brought a bowl of ice water and a treat for my dog, we love it here! Food is great, view is great, definitely check this place out!

  Dog friendly beachside bar

  We brought our golden doodle puppy to tipsy turtle for dinner. Mike was so friendly, made sure to give our boy water, as well as a treat and lots of pets! Genuinely care about the customer and the pet!

  Incredibly dog friendly!

  Staff and atmosphere were both amazing. Incredibly accommodating with treats and water bowls. Our dog was in paradise here and couldn't have been happier.

  Great place to take your dog

  this place popped up on BringFido so we decided that we would go and try it and I was not at all disappointed this place has a great food good drinks fun atmosphere and a wonderful view. the staff was very attentive and friendly. next time we are in Galveston we will definitely go back.

  Great Everything

  Some places claim to be dog friendly and they just mean your pet will be tolerated outside. This place they love dogs and immediately asked if my dog needed water, if he wanted any treats, and the other guests were like minded wanting to pet him. People asked before petting him, which I appreciated even though he is a little guy. The bar, kitchen, and restrooms were clean, and the service was speedy & friendly. Great Buffalo tossed chicken and fries made fresh with a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. They also have cornhole and other games available as well. My gf and I will be bringing our little man back this weekend again as well. This is our favorite spot to go in Galveston now after our first visit because the experience was exceptional. Have fun and try it out, you won’t be disappointed!

  Not fast food,...Good food!

  My wife and I (and our Golden Retiever Lucy) enjoyed the on-the-beach setting, some cold brews, a delicious Tipsy Burger as well as their house made onion rings. We have eaten here twice in so many years and have enjoyed the views and food both times. This year we called ahead to make sure they would welcome our 6 mo old traveling companion. They not only welcomed her, Mike brought Lucy a milk bone treat too! The ocean deck, friendly staff and good food makes for a perfect beach lunch or dinner with your favorite fido,...and its worth the wait!

  Awesome location on the beach!

  Had lunch on the patio. Mike brought us water & a cookie for Cobber. The drinks & food were good! Apparently if you rent a beach chair they will serve you all day down on the beach as well! Fabulous afternoon!!

  We go every time!

  Any time we are in Galveston, we go to the Tipsy Turtle. We love it! Good food and drinks and they love our dog! They have great service. What else do you want?
