Eagle Point Park Festival of Lights from Thanksgiving to Christmas.

This photo was taken at Prairie Pastures Dog Park in Clinton, IA. The dog park is not part of Eagle Point Park, but rather is rented on a long term lease from the City of Clinton by dog park members. Yet, to access the dog park entrances, one has to pass through Eagle Point Park. Each winter, while Eagle Point Park conducts it's winter Festival of Lights, free access to the park, including the dog park, ends around 5 to 6 pm, as determined by the park district staff.
