Chuck's on the Fence

This photo was taken at Hampton Inn Searcy in Searcy, AR. My family and I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Searcy, and here’s the scoop (literally).
First, the good stuff: They gave me a bone and a poop bag at check-in, which was a nice touch. There’s plenty of grass for potty breaks, and it’s not right in front of the building so it's perfect for a little privacy time. Breakfast was pawsome! The food area staff were super friendly and welcoming with lots of smiles and good vibes. Mum said there was a great selection of hot food and she even shared a bite of banana, apple, and a boiled egg with me.
Now for the ruff parts: The front desk staff lady didn’t seem to like dogs much…or humans either. No smiles, no “hi,” no “who’s a good boy?” just a cold check-in. Maybe she was just having a bad weekend. The pet fee is a bit steep at $75 for the first night. The bed was comfy for me, but Mum said it left her back barking louder than I do at birds. Overall, the location was great, the breakfast staff made mornings better, but the front desk could use some tail-wagging warmth. Overall it's a decent place to sleep, snack, and potty in peace. Just wish the front desk had as much heart as the breakfast crew.
