My Backyard

When I'm not playing at dog parks I'm loving my backyard. I'm so happy I waited for my mom to adopt me. I have this huge backyard, you only see a part of it here. I run around my yard like I'm chasing the boneman! I like to sit here and watch the birds, those darn birds, I'm going to learn to climb a tree one day. My mom hangs out with me, we play chase, catch and tug of war. She has this pool... water, not my favorite. She hasn't gone swimming since I've been here but it's only a matter of time. I've heard she has a pool for me too, ha! I don't know about that. We'll see. My mom is very convincing. I mean, I trust her and all but I just don't like water. I'm sure she'll find a way to make it fun. If not, I have a huge backyard to run from her in!
