Customers report that Pet Cab NYC has consistently failed to provide reliable service, with drivers arriving hours late or not showing up at all, combined with poor communication and refusal to issue refunds for prepaid bookings. Some customers describe their experiences as scams, noting that the company hired Uber drivers instead of providing promised private transfers and became defensive when confronted about service failures.
