Great atmosphere and food! Staff was so friendly to our pup!!
- JillAug 5, 2023Wonderful food and extremely dog friendly
They allowed us to sit indoor or outdoor with our dog. We chose outdoor, which was lovely. They allowed us her to sit in a chair with us. They will provide water.
- TomApr 15, 2023What’s not to like?
Excellent seafood, dog friendly seating on covered deck with a view of the harbor, friendly staff, good service — what’s not to like? The only thing is the cost of parking. The restaurant is located in Harborwalk Village, a walk-only area along the harbor, where the parking costs $20. Might be worth it if you are spending a day in the Village, but a little pricey for just an hour or two to eat dinner.
- AnnaFeb 14, 2023Great Food and great experience for pup
I would go to Harry T’s even if I didn’t need a dog-friendly restaurant. The fried shrimp were tasty and the Brussels sprouts alone are worth the trip. But they made our pup feel at home with a cup of treats and a bowl of water. we were even seated inside when space on the porch filled up. I noticed lots of other dogs with their people, so I guess the word is out. definitely put it on your list if you are staying near Destin.

When we approached the entrance, there was a sign that read “Doggy dining available” along with a bowl of water and another of treats. The hostess told us our pup was welcome anywhere (inside or out) and led us to a wonderful table on the patio with a view of the water. Our server brought a water bowl for Callie when he came to ask for our drink orders. Everyone was friendly and the menu had plenty of options to make the non-furry diners happy! Would definitely recommend Harry T’s to anyone who wants to dine with their “best friend”.

We went today for brunch and they couldn't have been more accommodating to our pup. They gave him treats and a bowl of ice water. We will be back. Thank you.
- LoriSep 26, 2021Great experience!
My husband and I were visiting Destin/Fort Walton Beach for two weeks with our two corgis. We always consult bringfido for dog friendly places, but happened to be at Destin Dog Park and noticed one of the benches was donated by Harry T's, so we decided to check it out! It was down on the Harborwalk, which was a fun and attractive area along the water with activities and shops (including the dog friendly KittyHawk Kites and Life is Good stores). The outdoor seating area looked really nice, but there was a 35 minute wait, so they offered to let us sit indoors with the corgis, which is a first for us. They brought treats and a bowl of ice water for our corgis. We had brunch (seafood omelet, crab cake hollandaise, sides of collard greens, & bloody mary for me) and it was really delicious. Service was excellent! I already told my husband I want to go back tomorrow. :-) Highly recommended and corgi approved.
- SoniaJul 22, 2021Great service
The view and the food was great, but specially the service. They treated our fur babies so well, gave them water & treats. I really recommended
- RebeccaMay 4, 2021Very dog friendly
My husband and I took our two little tzus for dinner. It wasn't very crowded when we arrived but getting seated took a while. There was no hostess in sight and I ended up standing at the hostess stand for around 5-7 minutes waiting. Another server finally noticed me and sat us. When I told her we had two dogs, she got excited and immediately brought out two treats for them!
We were seated out on the patio overlooking the harbor. The view is beautiful! Kind of like getting seated, it took 20 minutes for a server to come to our table after we flagged one down (which was surprising because it wasn't all that busy). The server was wonderful, though. She brought us a bowl of ice water for the dogs. The food was amazing and from that point on, service was attentive.
Overall, I'd definitely return with my dogs. Just be prepared for somewhat slower service, but the food and quality of service is worth it.
- JeanneNov 24, 2020An Off Day?
We’ve had good experiences in the past here, but when we were recently at Harry T’s the bartender was barely nice to my husband and I, let alone our dogs. And it wasn’t because they were busy. It was in November, so “off season” and on a week day, so there were only a couple other people sitting at the bar. I finally asked to get a bowl of water for them and she ( bartender) acted like it was a huge inconvenience.
Maybe she was having an off day? Either way, between the way she treated us humans and my dogs, we didn’t go back. There are plenty of other places that made us all feel welcome. - KristinMay 19, 2020Super Dog Friendly!
I was searching for the perfect place to have my birthday dinner and be able to take my goldador, Stella to celebrate with me. I found Harry T’s through the bring Fido app and I was blown away by how awesome the staff was! They had dog treats and a water bowl as soon as you walk in and were so welcoming of Stella- she was able to sit anywhere in the restaurant and we never got “the face” from any of the staff (you know the face that really says “ugh why is a dog in here”). Everyone loved on Stella and she ate the attention right up. Our waitress brought Stella a bowl of ice water, several treatos and a hamburger. It’s so nice to see places like Harry T’s be so welcoming of big dogs! So happy I was able to celebrate my birthday in a great atmosphere, good food, awesome views of the water and also have my Stella girl with me.

We weren’t sure if Harry’s Ts was dog friendly but we took a chance and I’m so glad we did. Dogs are allowed outside, inside, and upstairs. They brought our pup water AND treats! The view on the patio looking out on to the water was also a bonus. Would highly recommend!
- AngieJul 26, 2019Best Dog Friendly Restaurant Yet
Dogs are welcome to sit anywhere in the restaurant. We chose to sit on the patio which had a nice breeze and overlooks the harbor. Server brought a water bowl for our dog. Great food that was a little pricey for lunch but well worth it!!!

We were there on the 4th celebrations so didn’t think we could get in. Not only did we get right in they greeted us with a bacon bit for our Mastiff and bowl of water. We got to eat at the bar inside great food and service. Highly Recommend here !!!!
- GregMore than a year agoGreat food very pet friendly
Stopped in to eat on our way home for dinner. I have never been to a more pet friendly restaurant. They welcomed us right in and seated us outside by the water. They Brought our 2 Dobermans Max and Luna milk bones, bacon treats and a bowl of water multiple times. Staff were very friendly and attentive to us and our dogs. Also some of the best fish I’ve had in the area. Thanks for such a pet friendly restaurant.
- EmilyApr 1, 2018Best service for the dog!
We took our dog to Harry T’s and were amazed by how dog friendly they were. They even had treats and water dishes that came out with our food.
- MichaelMar 11, 2018Harry T's was great!
Came in for lunch, had the shrimp food was excellent, had Sam (100lbs) and Maggie (75 lbs) with us. They brought out a big water bowl and refilled it twice. Maggie was a little on edge and barked a few times, all the wait staff came over and was sweet talking her, these folks truly seem to love animals as much as me and the wife. We will definitely be eating there again.

We go here at least once a month with our pup. Love it here. Crab cakes, chicken quesadilla, bottomless mimosas 😍

Good food and server is great. I bring my shih tzu couple of times. If you want best view of the water bring your dog. They keep a bowl of treats and water outside of the front door. And the server brings a dog bacon treat and bowl of water to the table for your dogs. They do have indoor and outdoor seating for people with pets.

Red at the bar was amazing!!! They brought our Dixie water and treats and spoiled her!!! Food was great, we stopped in to watch Kentucky Basketball and was not disappointed!
- AliMore than a year agoPuppy Love
This restaurant has always exceeded my expectations, not only with human customer service, but with Puppy service. My Pup is very well behaved in public and will readily lay at my foot when out in a crowd, but he loves attention and that is what the staff gives him. Tons of treats and lots of bum scratches. They provide him with a bowl for water as well. This restaurant welcomes dogs with open paws and I always enjoy my time there.

You allow dogs but not LSU fans? I hope your locals will continue to support you.
- SophieMore than a year agoWhat a wonderful place!
I brought my pup Watson here while on vacation. The staff was absolutely wonderful and immediately brought by water and treats for my boy. Several waiters (and the manager) stopped by to say hello and pat Wats on the head. Their pet dining area is very nice. Top marks for making us feel very welcome!

We spent our honeymoon in Destin so we decided to go back to celebrate 25 years of marriage. Except this time, we brought our pup! I was a little nervous about bringing Boz; he's a 12 year old 20 lb. Pomeranian but is very high strung and acts like a puppy...this was our first time EVER at a restaurant with him. We were greeted at the front door with smiling faces; everyone wanted to pet him. I asked if we needed to pick him up to bring him outside but they said no, so we walked him in. Everyone made over him and immediately after we sat down they brought him a bowl of water and some doggie biscuits. Boz was treated like he was a little Prince and enjoyed all the attention! We enjoyed the food just as much as we did years ago, if not much. In fact, we dined there 3 times in the 5 days we were there! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!!! We will be back!
- JenMore than a year agoAmazing experience!
Specific doggie seating in the shade, right down on the dock over looking the mouth of the harbor, bay and gulf! Fresh cold water in stainless steel bowls and milk bones for the pups...bottomless champagne at brunch for mom and dad! Would recommend to all that enjoy bringing their pups!
- DianeMore than a year agovery pet friendly
We went there for lunch today with our 13 month English cream golden. They walked us right thru the front door out to the outside area with high top tables. The waitress immediately brought a dog dish with ice and water and milk bones. A great spot right over the water and the food was great.
- AshleyMore than a year agoLoved our experience
Harry T's has high top tables on the dock that is ONLY for doggie diners. We witnessed several customers coming off boats sit down at these tables and be asked to relocate because it was reserved for pet owners dining with their pooches. They bring a bowl of ice water and have treats available for the pooch. The food is also great. The doggy only view is also the best view from the restaurant in my opinion. You're sitting right on the water! We came here twice on our vacation despite the awful crowds at the Harbor Walk because we enjoyed our experience so much.
- SaraMore than a year agowonderful evening
When all the other restaurants turned us away even to get on the wait list because of a "dinner crowd" they welcomed us after a very short wait, offered water and dog treats. And the shrimp and grits are to die for!
- MartiMore than a year agoGreat Place
Awesome service!! Awesome food!! And def made our dogs feel welcomed!!! Will visit again!!
- StacyMore than a year agogreat time!
Harry T's really went out of their way to make our pooch feel welcome. They sat us closer to the back so he had room to roam and brought him a big bowl of fresh water, and lots of treats. The waitresses all made a big fuss over him, and were very sweet. Our food was also very good. My husband and I always liked it before because of the misters on the side...the harbor walk tends to get hot! Now we like it even more, because of the royal treatment they gave our pup. Destin doesn't allow animals many places, so it makes it all the more special. Highly recommend!!

Great experience they welcomed our dogs with open arms. They have a great outdoor area with plenty of heat and the dog area was very comfortable for our dogs and us humans.
