- DavinaJul 13, 2023Yummy food and dogs are welcomed
We were hot and tired and we were going to sit outside with our four dogs. But the wait staff invited us inside with our four dogs. They all were very friendly and welcoming. On top of it all the food was very good. They even provided water bowl with fresh cold water for our dogs. Highly recommend.

Really yummy food and drinks. Very dog friendly with their very own pup menu. We can’t wait to come back.
- KathMar 26, 2022Fantastic place
Koko Puff luvs this restaurant. Everyone was very dog friendly. I was really surprised that she could come inside and eat with us. They even made her a burger which was really surprising to.
- LisaOct 2, 2021Best place for dogs!
We’re moving to NOLA and this place was the best for Belle’s debut. The staff made her feel right at home and comfortable. We’re definitely coming back
- DawnMay 14, 2021No better spot for you and your pup
idk how much I spent here and I don’t care- we had a blast with all of the fun cocktails ($12-ish) and our pup had a blast with his very own chicken dinner! ($2). ceviche and tacos and Juicy Lucy burger are great but the dog’s own burger or chicken choice stole the show! when a place is this dog friendly, we go three rounds, lol! (and I have a collection of sharks and whales to prove it, lol!). my number ONE choice for pup dining in the area!
- MeghanApr 29, 2021Good place
We took my dog on a walk around New Orleans and looked for dog friendly places. they let us sit inside and they offered water and a dog treat ( they asked before giving). Food is good and the drinks are good also.
- JoshFeb 11, 2020Pitbull Friendly
We were going to sit outside but staff invited us inside and gave our pitbull a water bowl with ice. Food was great too!!!

Everyone was extremely friendly
- KokoDec 11, 2019Happy Old Man!
I absolutely loved this place!! I was recommended to go by a co-worker because the food was good and they were pet friendly. Lucy's did not let me down, I walked in on a light night and was promptly seated INSIDE!! My waitress came over and brought a large bowl of water with ice for my pup and proceeded to hand me two menu's, one for myself and one for my dog... BIG PLUS for this furmom! I had the Fried Shrimp Po Boy with fries which was not only huge but delish, and an iced tea. My pup had the Surf Dog Delight which was a 3oz burger patty and I think he was pretty pleased as nothing was left behind. If I make it to New Orleans again I will FOR SURE stop by to try another tasty item off their menu.
- MatthewJun 3, 2019One of the Best Dog Restaurants in New Orleans
One of the best places to take the dog in New Orleans in terms of the overall experience. Good human food/drinks to go with dog friendly menu and water bowls brought right to the table. Really friendly staff as well. Outdoor seating is also available.
- GabrielleMar 25, 2019Great Dog Friendly Restaurant
My baby was welcome at the table with a bowl of water and a menu just for her!
- ShondaMar 8, 2019Great food and so dog friendly!
Their Cloudbreak Cobb salad was THE BOMB. The staff was very welcoming of our dogs, bringing water and towels to help us dry them off after a run through the rain. I love the indoor/outdoor concept. The food and drinks were top notch. My only complaint was that our table was directly behind the bar stools, so we were frequently bumped into by tipsy patrons. Otherwise it was a great experience. Our pup loved the dog menu!
- SamanthaFeb 28, 2019We loved Lucy's!
We arrived at Lucy's after a torrential downpour as we walked to the restaurant. Not only were dogs allowed inside, but they even brought him towels so we could dry him off. The staff was great and the food was delicious. I had a Shrimp Po-boy. The restaurant does get a bit crowded on NoLa basketball game nights but we still had a great time.
- JameyFeb 21, 2019Loved it and our pup did too!
We enjoyed an excellent experience with our pup. Serve Ruby was friendly and knowledgable, we loved the jerk chicken and fried avocado, and our pup was crazy for her grilled chicken breast. Happy customers here!
- MaryJan 31, 2019Wonderful for dogs And humans!
We had a great time at Lucy’s with our golden retriever. Unlike many restaurants that are “dog-friendly”, Lucy’s actually lets the dogs come inside! And they have a menu for dogs. The food and drinks for humans were also great. I had a dee-lush salad with grilled chicken
- BrianJan 22, 2019Great Do Friendly Restaurant
Very dog friendly restaurant. They even have their own dog menu. Wait staff were friendly and brought our dogs water. Would come here again.
- KatynaJan 13, 2019Awesomeness!! Our 2 doggies
Great place to dine! The waitress was so nice and the grilled yellowfin tuna salad with pineapple/mango was awesome! But the best part is they love doggies. You can sit inside or outside with them. Thanks Lucy’s

We took Peaches here and they allowed us inside with her. She had a burger and we had the tacos. The waitress was excellent and I’d highly recommend the food and the atmosphere.
- SteveJan 1, 2019Good Food with Doggies
A cold mite and we were hopeful the restaurant would invite the dogs and us in for dinner. The hostess told us to bring the dogs into Lucy's and sit at a table. Waitress went out of her way to greet our dogs and brought water for them. They even have a special Doggie Menu that we used to get our boys some chicken which only cost $4 for 2 orders. Started by sharing an order of Fried Calamari. It was crispy yet tender. I had fish tacos with black beans. Tacos were great and beans were spicy. Wife had beef tacos and was very happy. Can't say enough about our great waitress.
- Stevie PayneMore than a year agoSchnauzer dining
Our Schnauzer, Deuce, has been coming to Lucy’s for years. We absolutely love it. You can sit outside and people watch. Deuce loves his Parrot friend who we would see there from time to time during events. He loves when we order off the dog menu. eggs rover easy is his favorite! Also if it is too too hot or if it is raining, they even let you bring your pup inside!!!! The servers always offer water and give the pup tons of affection. Never disappointed.
- ChrisJul 6, 2018Great bar
Great food and drinks, friendly servers, and, most importantly, dogs allowed inside. Walked in for a drink and ended up staying for a whole soccer game.
- ShelleMore than a year agoGreat Place
Lucy’s is fine for people, but spectacular for pooches. They have a special dog menu, and our furry friends are welcome inside as well as out!
- NoelleDec 28, 2017Blue Loved Lucys
Great place to go with your pup. It was nice to be able to take our dog inside when the rain started. Blue loved all the food and attention. We will definitely go back!!!!
- KarrieMore than a year agoGus & Luna Love Lucy's
As soon as we sat down at the outside tables Staci welcomed us with a water bowl with crushed ice for our two beagles. We had awesome margaritas and they even had a canine cuisine menu! Highly recommend.
