  A must try!!!!

  The staff was friendly, welcoming, and thoughtful. The food was amazing. Our boy, Bao, is a big boy (112 lbs) and the hostess made sure we were seated in the area of the patio where he had room to stretch, and staff took time to give him love. We ordered the Andouille and Prawn scramble, the Fried Green Tomato Benedict, and the kid's pancakes, and everything turned tasted wonderful. This place is a "must try" with or without your fur baby. Finally, my 8-year old girl says "it's a 10 out of 10, would recommend!"

  Great food, great location!

  stopped here for breakfast twice during my stay next door. Food was delicious, and had huge portions for the price. I felt bad for not finishing anything and having to throw away food. lots of open tables. gets really busy around 9:00 am, but before then- peace and quiet. Currently only serving at the window which was perfect for me and my pup.

  Fantastic Little Spot

  I've alway come to Frankie & Lola's as a student at Cal Poly and it has always been great food and fantastic service! Recently went to visit Morro Bay with my doggo and we went there twice for their cinnamon buns and breakfast burritos. So delicious and very dog friendly. Its a nice spot away from the "busy" part of town so you and your dog can relax still with a nice view of the bay and the rock.

  Best food and service

  The food and service are awesome !!! The owner truly loves dogs and treat them as royalty !! We drove 5 hours to eat her food and hang out and we will definitely do it again.

  great breakfast food

  Didn't bring the dog this time but the food is great. Lots of people with pups on the patio and the staff was very friendly to the dogs and very accommodating with walking around dogs. Very small can be a long wait, but worth it. Plenty of space to walk the dog around while waiting.

  Decent food, lots for dogs to look at

  We ate breakfast on the patio of this restaurant last week with our two small dogs. They liked looking at all the people going in and out and walking near the shops next door. The pancakes were very good. The only downside is that there is only pavement in the area.

  Best in Show

  This place rocks! Some of the best food on the coast, or anywhere really. Kirk is the kitchen master and puts the coolest twists on all of the old standards. Dogs? YES! Your dog can hang out with you on the patio with a great view of the Rock. Staff is über friendly and they all love the four legged guests. Pawesome!
