This BBQ spot near University of Texas Austin has a couple of dog-friendly tables outside. Stop by the family owned Bert's BBQ in the morning and pick up the Austin staple, breakfast tacos. After 10:30, the barbecue rolls out with classic Texas dishes like brisket, turkey and sausage. Get your meat as a sandwich or a plate, with your choice of traditional sides. There's also the Frito Pie if you are looking for a savory snack. Open Tuesday through Friday 7am to 3pm, and Saturday 8am to 3pm. Closed Sunday and Monday.
