This seafood restaurant has three pet-friendly outdoor tables and an outdoor bar, where you can sit with your dog. Coast Bar and Kitchen accepts reservations so you might want to call ahead or book through their website. Using local Gulf Coast seafood, Coast Bar has dishes like Seared Scallops with mole verde, and OG Tacos, with beer-battered fish.
