    Were great with our dog

Love this restaurant and decided to bring our dog for the first time when coming for brunch. They found us a table in less traffic of an area and brought us a dog bowl, that they kept refilling when filling our water glasses. It is a bit tight if you have a large dog, but for our 25lb dog that does well out it was perfect. They were so polite and kind towards us and our pup despite concerns based on past reviews.

    embarrassing experience

My friends and I were in DC for the first time and searched for a dog friendly place without much wait for a while. We called ahead to this place to see if they had room on the patio and it was okay to bring dogs. They assured us it was.
When we were being seated the hostess looked like she was in a panic as soon as she saw our dogs. She sat us at a tiny cramped table but we made do and settled our dogs in their spots. We were already uncomfortable with the situation, but then the manager confronted the hostess asking her how “this” happened, referring to us. Needle to say, we didn’t stay.
I would not recommend this place to any dog owners.

    horrible experience

Some friends and I were traveling with our dogs, we CALLED AHEAD to this place to ask if they would accept big dogs outside and if there was room. They said “of course!” When we arrived we again reminded about the dogs and were assured they were okay. When the hostess came out she looked at them like they were monsters and tons of people stared angrily as we found our tiny cramped patio seat. What may have been a manager then came out and loudly asked the host “what’s going on? How did this happen?!” Referring to us and our calm, already laying down dogs. Needless to say we left asap. A horrible, embarrassing, and uncomfortable situation. I would NEVER go here or advise a pet owner to. Even if you call ahead and they assure it’ll be fine. Not true.
