The pet-friendly Cascade Baking Co. is in one of the oldest buildings in Salem, Oregon and has four outdoor tables to sit at with your dog. Breads, pastries and baked goods are all made with local and natural ingredients. The brick oven used was build from the ground up and is in the style of European break ovens. You can have a number of sandwiches on freshly baked bread like Turkey and Chicken Salad, or the Rubenesque panini. There are also foccacias like Roasted Red Bell Pepper and Mushroom. Gluten-free options are available as well. Open Monday through Friday 7am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 3pm. Closed on Sunday.
