The vegan Counter Culture has plenty of pet-friendly outdoor seating. The menu is full of scratch-made vegan comfort food for brunch, lunch and dinner. Stop by early for Tofu Rancheros or the Country Biscuit Bowl, with seitan sausage. The lunchtime Pastrami Melt is meat-free, made with seitan and topped with dairy-free cheese. There is also a selection of salads from the Caesar made with gluten-free croutons and Curry Quinoa Salad. Even the desserts are vegan, and most are gluten-free and sweetened with dates instead of sugar. Open Monday through Friday 11am to 10pm, Saturday and Sunday 11am to 3pm.
