Rubicon has eight dog-friendly tables. This French inspired, bar-centric restaurant, offers honest epicurean fare. Their meals are prepared with fresh, locally grown produce and farm-raised meats as well as imported gourmet items. They have a varied selection of entree choices on the menu. The boeuf bourguignon contains short ribs that are braised in red wine and served with Shitake mushrooms, carrot, leek saute, and Yukon whip.
