My husband and I brought our dog with us and had breakfast during our stay in town. The bar staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were delighted to see such a nice big open patio in the back and that it was dog friendly. Everyone made us feel welcome, and also brought out fresh water and added some ice. Bonnie (dog) was very happy, and greeted all the regulars that hung out there. 10/10 for the experience we will come back. The food was also amazing. :)

Great food, service and wonderful pet friendly area on cold and rainy days

The staff and people are amazingly friendly. It is definitely the locals’ spot. Respect it accordingly and you too will be treated like a local. The rooftop is a great spot!

Peggy is the bomb - MitchellDec 23, 2021Great food, dog friendly patio!
This restaurant has great food and is very dog friendly. The outdoor patio and the rooftop patio both allow dogs. We had Philly Cheesesteaks on the roof with the dog, had the rooftop deck to ourselves. Nice view, great food. They even gave our dog a couple pieces of bacon!

Excellent food! The dog friendly patio is very comfortable with water dishes and bacon…yes I said bacon. The whole staff makes you and your dog feel very welcome.
- IngridAug 30, 2020Rooftop and patio not to be missed! Second visit even more delightful!
On my first visit I stumbled onto this sweet, sunshiney dog-and-person haven by accident while desperately trying to use my phone to cross-reference (1) places that would allow dogs on the patio, and (2) places that were still open during the pandemic, and (3) places that have a vegetarian option (for my partner), and (4) places that have some fresh seafood on the menu (for me). Not an easy task! But boy did I ever nail it! This second visit was no accident - I had to bring my best (human) friend and her corgi with me so we drove out of our way to swing by and see The Bacon Lady! My girl Moxie sure remembered her The back patio is sheltered from the wind and road noise, with lovely flowers blooming and a fabulous wait staff frequently checking in with humans and dogs alike. The rooftop patio is also lovely, with plenty of space and nice places to sit at the beautiful raw-edge tables and benches. The food is hot and fresh and delicious and more than enough for more than one meal! Get ready to take home a box or a doggy bag!!
We love you Snug Harbor, thank you for making us feel so safe and welcome and comfortable. We will be back again and again!

This bar was very accommodating to Milo on the rooftop or on the patio. lots of comfortable outdoor seating for you and your pup. Don’t miss the delicious pulled pork sammy on saturdays!
- DuaneApr 26, 2020Awesome Place For Dogs And People
WE really enjoyed this place and hope when the virus problem is over that this place will still be open. The food was delicious and a big variety of selections for all meal times. The dog area was outstanding and we so appreciated the staffs patience when we had our dogs there too. 5 stars isn’t enough for you guys. 😋🙏👍
Thanks , Duane H

this place is truly dog friendly. unlike the Nelscott Cafe who close their only dog friendly patio at the slightest hint of rain or mist, these guys are open regardless, and their menu is good! the top patio is perfect for dogs.

Outside downstairs or on the roof top patio is dog friendly - access is through the main entrance and into the bar - walk around the bar to the left and slider door takes you outside. We sat upstairs and enjoyed an amazing sunny mid-March day!

We ate on the rooftop deck with our two pups to meet friends from Portland.
- MelissaMore than a year agoGreat Rooftop Dining with Your Dog!
Had no idea this place existed. Super safe, lots of seating, be protected from the elements on ground floor patio that also has a roof over half or run upstairs to the rooftop. Great Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs. I’ll be coming here with my friends & family for sure. So welcoming.
- AllisonMore than a year agoWelcoming and good food
They had a large covered and roof top patio, were welcoming to us and our dog (their only rules were the dog had to be leashed and friendly to other dogs), and had very good pub food. This seems to be a local favorite and they also had live music on certain nights. We’d definitely stop in again.

We ate here for a late breakfast and found the food to be quite good. We had eggs/bacon/pancakes/biscuits/gravy. All were good, gravy was okay. It was a cool day, so we wanted to sit in the covered patio area just outside the indoor bar. We were forewarned that that was the ‘smoking area’ for the bar patrons, so people may come out to smoke. One man had one cigarette and went back in. Couldn’t complain as we were forewarned and agreed to accommodations. There is also a very large 2nd story, open air patio as well. We went up to check it out and came back down where it was warm. All in all, a good place and visit. Staff were very attentive and welcoming to dogs.

Good food. Clam chowder had loads of clam! Good beer selection. Covered patio with TVs and lottery. Great customer service even though there was only one person front of house.
