Since 1993, Colectivo Coffee have been sourcing beans from origin and roasting every batch by hand. This dog-friendly coffeeshop provides ample room for you and your pup at the six outdoor tables. You and Fido will feel like your in the cafe thanks to the floor to ceiling windows that blur the lines between inside and out. In addition to the Session Roasted Coffees, you'll find Letterbox Fine Tea, Colectivo Keg Company Beers, Troubadour artisan bread, baked goods, and made-from-scratch food on the menu. The food includes a smoked salmon sandwich and a falafel burger. Colectivo Coffee is open Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 8:00pm, Saturday from 6:30am to 8:00pm, and Sunday from 6:30am to 7:00pm. Visit Website
