  First visit and will definitely go back. We don’t find many places that will accept reservations for outdoor dining so that was the first great thing. Almost the entire patio is covered, so shelter from sun and rain. It was a hot day, and they also had ceiling fans going, which made it very comfortable for humans and dogs. Friendly to our dog but I didn’t see a dog menu as some others have commented on. This was not a problem for us, just an observation. Water bowl was offered. everyone in our party of 4 enjoyed the food too.

  Family outing

  Lazy Dog accommodates many palates including your pup’s. Have a meal in the patio area. It does get busy on the weekend with family and pups. The staff is good with the many dogs around. Explore and walk the Southlands area as there are other merchants that enjoy having you and your pup.

  Friendly atmosphere!

  Yummy food! The patio was great. Our hostess and waiter were polite and brought water right away. They had a great menu for your pooch. (we didn’t get anything, our dog had already eaten).
  The human food truly tastes homemade, We had roast beef that was awesome!!!
  We were so happy to find this place on BringFido! It’s not always easy to find a place to sit down and eat when traveling with your fur ball. We usually find takeout and picnic tables. It was fun to be able to have such a wonderful meal on the road. What a treat!

  This restaurant will not disappoint. Service and food were outstanding! They have dog plate options too.

  Needs improvement

  They need to hire older servers with experience that know the business. It’s worth paying them more than these young kids with no clue what they’re doing or how to handle a crowd . The service is terrible & the bill has always been wrong. Always double check the bill.

  The staff was very friendly and they even had meat & rice dishes for the pup!! I'll definitely be returning
