Insomnia's mission is to provide a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for patrons, and has an easy-going motto of ""coffee for the sake of coffee."" This cafe on SE Belmont Street in Portland provides pet-friendly seating with four outside. The menu includes classic brews, cold brews, lattes, and other specialty drinks to get you through the day. They even offer options for those who prefer tea and soda. You might even find scones, cookies, sandwiches, and other light bites in the cafe. Please note that table service isn't available, so your dog will need to be tied up outside when you go in to order.

Cafe Delirium offers free wifi to its customers, so you are welcome to grab a coffee like the White Chocolate Mocha, and pop open your laptop.
