Great food & service

I REALLY wanted to dine here, so our last attempt at dining out with Maya was here. we found a table in the corner. the server gave us time to settle in before taking our order & was great about approaching on 1 side. we were very happy with everything except our dog 😒 back to training she will go!

Exemplary service for both dog & human

We chose Asheville as our dogs 1st vacay experience. I chose the GB for the level of service I know & love + there is no weight limit for your dog. Just a flat rate! While I filled out paperwork about my pet, I was given champagne & bottled water, and the bellman delivered our luggage & 40lb kennel to our room. Later that evening a bed & bowls were delivered. The room was huge!

Every time we ventured out we were given water to keep us & the pup hydrated. Potty walks were easy & convenient. Since the hotel frequently has pup guests they are very conscious about placement of things. All the garbage cans were placed behind closed doors & instead of doing automatically doing turndown service they knocked on the door to offer & placed the chocolate in our hands.

Pets are allowed everywhere except the dinning room - they are allowed in the bar/lounge where they offer the same menu. Since my dog was having some anxiety with being alone they were also very accommodating about delivering our order from the restaurant (not from the room service menu). Overall it was a wonderful experience for everyone involved. It was the only time I was not stressed the entire trip.

Good food

first timer -place your order inside & they will bring it to outside on the dog friendly ‘patio’ (a tented area in the parking lot). they even bring fido a bowl of cool water 👍👍👍👍
