Great Value Cabin Camping
Boston MinutemanThis was a great find 40 minutes west of Boston. There are 6 affordable cabins for rent in good shape. We're using this spot to introduce our pooch to camping, stepping down from hotel rooms to a cozy, but charming, cabin. Take the 1 room cabin if staying for a night or the 2 room for the weekend. Many amenities packed into this small campground: 3 to 5ft pool, arcade/air hockey/ping pong rec room, quite no frills TV room, decent dog park (no double gate, single gate FYI), laundry facilities, and clean camp bathroom/shower. More than adequate for a weekend trip.
Exceeded Expectations
Village Snack BarDog friendly outdoor seating. Tons of picnic tables, some with umbrellas and shade. Food offerings better than most food stands in the area (grilled subs, ice cream & generously portioned salads). Be aware of loud trains nearby. Affordably priced meal while running errands or returning from Pine Hill Park.
Peaceful Vibes with your Pet
Off the Grid BBQDown to Earth dining with your pup. Super chill and relaxing experience. Your dog is welcome everywhere outside, which is basically everywhere. Order at the window of the bus, runner comes out with your food. Enjoy some music and a drink at the bar with your pooch while you wait. There's a water bowl for dogs. Good smoky BBQ, shout out to the wings and gluten free options!
