Higgins Beach is a dog lover's paradise
We love going to Higgins'. Everyone loves dog there. Before 9am, dogs are allowed to run off-leash (if under voice control). Every dog and their owners were lovely. Edwin had a good time!
The place is very clean. Parking is accessible.
