Pup loved it!
Silver Lake Nature CenterOur pup loved the Silver Lake Nature Trail. Nothing too strenuous but full of good/ new smells.
Cute and Friendly
White Turkey Drive-inWonderful atmosphere, good prices, and yummy food! We had no issue bringing our lab, Brick.
Good food and even better staff
The Cork 1794We had lunch outdoor on their patio on 7/1. Our dog, Brick, was greeted with such wonderful hospitality, some milk bones, fresh water, and so many pets.
Wonderful and Unique
Schaefer’s Auto ArtWe visited on 7/1/23! there is no parking lot but there is space to park on the side of the road right in front of the attraction (look out for the “buzz box” mail box and park by it). This place gets five bones because it was absolutely dog friendly (I even asked them ahead of time since there were no other reviews here) and very responsive if you reach out to them on Facebook. This was really neat and it was nice to do something different. the entire attraction takes about 10 min to walk through so it’s a good quick hit while in Erie.
Our boy had a great time!
Knoebels Amusement ResortA wonderful place to bring your dog, especially if you’re working on socializing.
Our boy received many pets, sniffs, and love over the weekend! He also was able to enjoy a puppy sized treat at the Old Mill.
If you’re planning on bringing your dog here in the summer months, make sure to pack water and a collapsible bowl. there are fountains throughout the park but depending on where you are they may be hard to pin down.
Nice breakfast option when you have a dog!
Jubilee RestaurantFood was solid, staff very nice! the spacing between tables was good to prevent dogs from being too close to one another. the also made sure the dogs had fresh water bowls!
what would take this place to a 5 bone would be the addition of a couple of dog friendly menu items and hooks for their leash.
Dog accepting vs Dog friendly
Piggy's Restaurant of Lake Harmonythis place was okay! it was a nice option to bring our pup to. what keeps this from a 5 bone review is: communal water bowl vs dog bowl at the table, no leash hookups, and no dog menu. that being said, there are meat options and eggs you could get - our little guy had some sausage and loved it.
as a heads up, if your dog doesn’t like gravel plan to pack a towel or blanket for your buddy as the outdoor seating isn’t paved.
additionally, I would suggest bringing travel bowls for your four legged friend so they can have their own water and a place to eat from other than your hand/fork if you plan on ordering them food.
