This is right off the interstate when you get out of SC and into GA. The rest area for humans is always clean. Around the back is a nice size park for the dogs. There are multiple swings and picnic tables for a break. The park is also equipped with water fountains for the dogs. The only drawback is that there is not a fenced in area for free running. Also some dog owners did leave their dog mess despite there being a few waste bins with trash bags.
