Steph

This is a small park so the signs are a bit confusing. If you enter on the side with the water fountains, you will see the brown off leash sign, and if you enter on the other side you will see the green sign to have your dog leashed.
The views are pretty. There are nice clean trails, grass to play or lounge on, and a small lovely garden.
There are restaurants with outdoor seating nearby on the Old Town / harbor side.
