Rick's Cafe allows a few patio table spots for dogs right next to the dam. Visited on a Saturday in June at 4pm and was able to walk up and get a table.

The staff were very accommodating seating my husband and I with our lil
Chihuahua outside. They have a dog water bowl in the lounge area and plenty of seating outside with umbrellas. The food is excellent!
