We didn't do the train but we visited the museum with our 2 mini-Aussies on a Saturday afternoon. There are lots of little rooms and stairs to go up and down. We enjoyed exploring inside and getting a break from the heat. There are a few rooms that have loud noises that may scare some pups so be aware of that if you have an over-reactive dog that spooks easily. We got caught up in a large group at one point and once we let them pass it was much more relaxed and enjoyable for the pups. Giving it 4 stars because of the loud noises.

My sister and I took our mini-Aussies on the self-guided distillery tour. It was nice to cool off and sample some of their spirits. It was mid-afternoon and not very crowded. They were very accommodating to the pups and offered water and snacks at the end. The pups enjoyed lots of pets. It's a pretty short tour that ends in the gift shop where you can do some shopping and the pups can have a treat. I would recommend if it's not too crazy busy.

My sister and I took our mini Aussies on the 6:45 cruise on a Saturday evening. Even though it was "sold out", there still seemed to be plenty of seats available and space to move around. We stayed on the lower deck and sat in the very front. Our pups enjoyed a nice breeze and watching the sights go by. We were offered water for them from the guy behind the snack bar. They serve canned beer, wine and seltzer as well as non-alcoholic drinks and chips, etc. It was an enjoyable trip and I would recommend it. We sat up front to enjoy the breeze due to the heat but it seemed that the breeze circulated quite well inside too since all of the windows were open.

Great hotel for the dogs. Right on the beach. We rented an oceanfront room and the dogs enjoyed the view off the balcony. I recommend a room on a higher floor for a better view. Lots of grass around to take the dogs out. Seems like people clean up after their pets. Several pet-friendly eating places within walking distance. Hotel was clean but with any beach hotel the carpets in the room hardly have a chance to dry between guests so don't forget slippers or flip flops! We had 2 dogs in our room both under 30 lbs. and paid a $75 pet fee for the stay. I would definitely stay here again. Great location.
