We are Green Bay Packer and Chicago Blackhawks Super Fans. Also Thoven and I enjoy smokn and grilln meats and foods as much as I can.

Terrible

This place used to be a nice place to stay. Now, it's run down and filthy. Cockroaches in common areas, damaged and non working amenities. No pool or hot tub. Very few exterior lights working, air conditioning in common areas didn't work, holes in many walls, refrigerator didn't work, toilet didn't work until I fixed it. NO MAINTENANCE WORKERS. Garbage everywhere and cans overflowing daily and left for days. Manager spoke freely with guests present saying he was just released from mental hospital after months long stay. Hallways were never vacuumed the days I was there. Staff was rude and unprofessional and disrespectful to myself and other guests. I suggest never staying at this property!

Baymont by Wyndham Janesville

Great meeting other dog owners, specifically Kosmo and his wife with their 3 dogs. And them falling in love immediately with our dog.

Poor customer service

Best Western Legacy Inn & Suites Beloit/South Beloit

This hotel was the only one in 20 plus years to ever charge $20 for a late check-out and would not allow me to check in early even though there was very few guests the night of arrival. I made numerous attempts via phone to talk to management never to get a return phone call or resolution to my overcharged account or the return of my $20 one hour late check out that I witnessed a family almost 2 hours late checking out have their late check-out fee returned without even requesting it. Why would it be okay for someone 2 hours late checking out to receive their $20 back but not myself being less than an hour and leaving my room very clean? I always do and have been complimented by other hotels when I have stayed one day or more; they have noticed I don't make housekeeping staff do much during or after my visit.
