It’s rare that you find a place that is truly dog friendly, but this hotel is! As long as the dog is on the leash, he can go everywhere with you including the restaurant. We arrived to find our room ready early and we also got late checkout, and everything was ready for receiving Sherlock. I highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling with your dog, or even if you want to enjoy a stay at a hotel where you feel welcome. Thank Alt team for the great stay, and surely we will be back!

If you leave in or visit our beautiful region you might have noticed how difficult it is to find dog friendly places. At Canton Brasse they received very well us and our Pomeranian. The only conditions (and let’s face it, very very reasonable ones) were: you dog must be well behaved and stay on the leash.
I recommend you go even without Fido, you can have a lovely walk at Orford National Park and enjoy a delicious beer and friendly service at this microbrewery. A heads-up: the place is small, so it would be understandable that would not have place for several big dogs, so call to confirm with them before and they surely will let you know if there is a spot for Fido.
