We recently stayed 4 nights with our dog at the Craignair and had the most AMAZING time. The location is perfection--right on the water and attached to Clark Island. Our dog loved exploring all the trails on the island and meeting all the other dogs that were staying on the property. I really can't say enough good things about this place. The staff was amazing and so welcoming. We are already talking about booking another stay!

We had a great room on the 1st floor with a balcony overlooking a gorgeous pool and the ocean. Our dog enjoyed sitting on the balcony with us and watching the beautiful scenery. The staff was very accommodating to our dog, and although dogs aren't allowed in all areas of the hotel (pool area, breakfast area), it wasn't a problem for us at all and we would absolutely stay here again.

Dogs are allowed on practically every inch of the property! I was told upon check-in that the only places we couldn't bring our dog were the fancy dining room and the pool (though she could sit on the pool deck). There were so many other dogs, and the property was stunningly beautiful. We will absolutely be back! I would HIGHLY recommend this property!
