Set in a faithfully antique building, they serve excellent food, drinks, and fare.
Dogs are allowed in or outside on the shaded patio, but we chose outside to avoid discomfort amongst interior patrons. Dog bowls are available if you forget yours, and fresh water is available from the pump there.
We loved coming here, and felt we’d found a local gem surrounded by the touristy places. Glad we took the risk!

Sketchy location, dirty, dark and dingy. Our room was located down one long hall, and then a turn into another hall with our room by itself with one bulb to light the way. When we got to our room it smelled incredibly musty and moldy. We found the carpet in the corner to be thoroughly damp. The pet area was tiny, across the parking lot, and extremely full of waste. Won’t ever go back, and don’t recommend you do either.

A fairly local place with quick service and classic, more natural style. The building is a renovated former fast food restaurant offering traditional and not-so-traditional burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, a salad with excellent Kennebec fries. They offer Maine St. drinks, water and tea to drink.

We sat outside at one of their tables next to the parking lot. They brought our dog a “Puppicino” and a water bowl. A bit noisy from traffic and the parking lot but it was a popular place for dine in and take out.

Great place for a quick bite if you want a more wholesome choice of American style food.

Nice patio, friendly staff. Lots of table options. Brought our pup water of his own. Very attentive. Beer brewed on site. Worth a trip!

Food is good, but if you want to sit outside with your dood, expect food/napkin scraps and cigarette butts to be a distraction. Not very accommodating either. Was glad to have brought our own water & bowl on a hot night.

Friendly staff, comfortable stay. Could be cleaner. Shower door weirdly opens on inside right next to shower dial making it impossible to turn on without getting in and getting sprayed with cold water. Pet fee pretty high for cleanliness of room.
