We only booked here because Sonesta was out of rooms and the room we got was gross. Checked in and everything is breaking. Front desk was trying to get AC and key cards and doors working for other guests. I should’ve turned around and found something else at that point. The hallways are disgusting. I don’t know if it’s from dogs or people, but it’s nasty and smelly. Stains all over the floors everywhere in the hotel. I didn’t want to walk barefoot in the room. Stay somewhere else, don’t even get a hotel on this road. The only good thing I can say is the girls at the front desk were incredibly nice and helpful, as was housekeeping and maintenance. The bed was uncomfortable, TV was tiny, and rooms don’t block out much noise.

it was a little hard to find tucked away in between two buildings. bagels were amazing and the biscuits were the best we’ve had up north. they gave us some free treats and our good boy lots of pets
