Rooms and breakfast nice
Air conditioner worked very well. Close to I-10. Also, walking distance to our dinner. Dog grassy area with mutt mitts with trash cans.

Dirty
They need to hose off the building and sidewalks. Pickup trash around building. Only reason getting a 2 bone rating - bed comfortable. Also, people live there, full time. Beware. Pay more somewhere else.
