Beautiful modern hotel with great Yale Campus location. Valet parking very helpful. They let me postpone reservation for one week. Beautiful restaurant.

The Hotel Admiral Grand Palace is just wonderful. It's a little dated in design, but very well cared for. Terrific staff, lovely pool and grounds, spa on premises, good restaurant. Treated my dog and others there with kindness. Be ready to do a lot of driving! Things are far apart but the Tuscan scenery is glorious.

This AC Marriott is not far from the center of Florence. Everything is new and shiny. Staff speaks English. Nice restaurant and room service. Good price.

Mila took us on a lovely walking tour of Florence. She was kind to my little dog Gaby and was very attentive to our needs. She tailored the tour to our interests and available time. Mila knows the history and the local chatter and is fluent in English. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Southampton Inn is a beautiful property. Nice rooms and restaurant. Heated outdoor pool and tennis courts. Two blocks from shopping and restaurants. Very pet friendly. They even have a Hoya at in the lobby. Can’t wait to return.

Went back and it was just as nice. Cooper beach is a six minute drive— or 38 minute walk — away. Supposedly dogs aren’t allowed but people do bring them. Not clear on that yet.

Gaby (my little terrier) and I were treated beautifully at the Saybrook Point Inn. They even had a dog bed for her in the room. The hotel is beautiful and the surroundings are too. They have a spa which I want to hit next time. Can’t wait to return.

Just had a wonderful breakfast here this morning. The waiter was very dog-friendly as is the restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious and the setting is really lovely. Highly recommended.
