Great Park with awesome views

This park is a gem for both dogs and their owners.
The view is really breathtaking. We came on a sunny day, but I can imagine how cold and windy it gets on a cooler day.
Large enough to let the dogs really run and play, it is not fenced, but the layout helps to keep the dogs contained.
The playground at the top is large with lots of activities for a variety of ages.
There are a lot of stairs, benches, tennis courts, bathrooms and plenty of green area.
Parking is residential so finding a spot can be a challenge.
