This motel is under new management and they have completely renovated the rooms and grounds (I spent some time chatting with the owner). The room was clean and all around lovely with a private deck. They have barbecue grills and fire pits you can use and there are trails that wander through the property. Plenty of space for your dog. It’s a short drive from Ohiopyle State Park, which I highly recommend as well! My dog and I did a 2 week road trip through Pennsylvania and this was our favorite stop.
