OK but could be more dog friendly
Drury Inn & Suites Mt VernonThe hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Bathroom looked like it was updated. Beds weren't too comfortable but we only stayed 1 night. Pet fee is $40 which I think is a bit pricey. The room didn't have any extras for our fur baby so nothing special here. Overall okay for a night.
Lots to see, unique and ver dog friendly
ISO UniqueSuper dog friendly and very unique store. They have a huge glass with treats at the register and welcome dogs with open arms. You will find antiques, handcrafted items as well as some new items. Lots to see for the human and sniff for the dog. Located in the historic district of Chesterton, IN. Highly recommended
Great selection and friendly staff
Appalachian OutfittersWe stoped here while visiting the Cuyahoga Valley National Park to get some camping equipment. They have a great selection for camping, hiking, kayaking, climbing and dogs ;) we got a new Ruffwear outdoor bed and leash as well as a toy for our fur baby. A bit on the pricey side but that's due to the brands they carry. Nevertheless worth a stop to browse or shop with your dog.
Lots of horse tack and some dog supplies
Big Dee's Tack & Vet SuppliesAs an equestrian I enjoyed Big Dees a lot and found some treats for my dog as well. Very friendly and welcoming and huge selection of tack.
